Producer for Feature Film

Searching for a producer/producing partner to sign onto my first feature film "Dear Dios," which I wrote and plan on directing.

To explain a little bit about "Dear Dios" and myself:
"Dear Dios" follows the story of Cuban-American lesbian Dolores Amorosa Marti, an aspiring photojournalist with a lust for bi-women and malt liquor, as she spirals out of control in the hipster club scene and turns bottom-of-the-barrel temp for an LA celebrity tabloid rag. Please check out its main website for more details here: http://deardios.com/

I am a Cuban-American writer & director who assembles literary and cinematic works that reflect the varied experiences of underrepresented, atypical and eccentric human communities. They aim to candidly depict sub-cultural issues through distinctive styles that challenge conventional forms of storytelling. Thereby communicating the universality of GLBTQ, Latino and other minority experiences so that audiences of all backgrounds can relate. A formula that I believe leads unique character driven stories to widespread appeal and commercial success. Essentially, I create intimate books and films about uncommon lives for the collective heart. You can view the resume & demo reel of my past work here: http://vanessalibertadgarcia.com/biography/filmography/

I have both 3-page treatment and finalized screenplay readily available for review.

Thanks kindly for your time and consideration. Please reply to vanessalibertadgarcia@yahoo.com with your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your work experience and interest in the project.

All the best,
Vanessa Libertad Garcia
